Please know that we will need a copy of your registered retail merchant certificate with your Taxpayer Identification Number, the URL of your web site (if any), and a desciption of your business. Upon approval of your application you'll receive an email confirmation that your account has been activated.
Please note: If we do not receive your Tax ID information your wholesale account will not be activated. We do have a minimum order ($200) and we do not drop ship.
We also ask you to bear in mind that we are a very small business specializing in unique, one of a kind pet jewelry. Multiples of an item are rarely available because Sue prefers not to duplicate jewelry pieces.
