This handcrafted dog leash holder features handmade porcelain dog tile. This is a whimisical sculpture tile of two very playful puppy dogs with a ball in metallic semi-matte glaze handmade by a Michigan porcelain clay artist. Gorgeous bronze highlights. The tile has been high fired twice and made of rustic stoneware. Mary makes her tiles from her own original sculptures, from which she makes a plaster mold. Fresh clay is hand pressed into the mold. Glaze and clay imperfections are typical of such a truly handmade product. No machines were used.
We've mounted this dog tile on a wooden plaque finished in glossy black to really punch up the metallic bronze highlights of the tile. Perfect for holding your dog leash, robe, jacket or just as a beautiful home accessory.
Comes complete with wall hanger and instructions. Barking good gift for any dog lover.
